How to Remove Users from Entra Step 1: Open the Microsoft Entra Admin Center and press users on the left side bar.Microsoft Entra - Microsoft Entra admin center Step 2: Once you are on the users' page, search for the user’s name you would like to deactivate/remove. Step 3: Then press "Delete" at the top of the tool bar. Step 4: Once the user is deleted you will need to remove their licenses. To do that you will need to go in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.Home - Microsoft 365 admin center Step 5: Once you are in 365 Admin Center you will press Billing on the left side, then select Licenses. Step 6: Select the licenses you are removing and re-enter the correct number. For example, if there are 140 licenses and you are removing one user you will then enter 139 licenses since you are removing a user. This is the last step.
